    Matthew from the service team was extremely kind and provided clear, knowledgeable advice throughout the process. At another dealership, I was given a vague repair estimate of $5,000, but here the same issue was properly diagnosed and repaired for $600. I truly appreciate the mechanic who patiently identified the problem and fixed it correctly. An honest, trustworthy service experience—I would highly recommend them.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Matthew Price from the service team was incredibly helpful and honest. Another dealership gave me a vague $5,000 repair estimate, but here the issue was correctly diagnosed and fixed for only $600. I really appreciate the mechanic’s patience and professionalism. Highly recommended!

    North Point Volvo – Unacceptable and Unsafe Service My vehicle displayed an SRS / Airbag / “Service Urgent” warning. During a scheduled maintenance visit, I was told the issue was repaired. I paid for the service and took the car home. The exact same warning returned the very next day. I was then informed that a required part was missing and would arrive within one week. → Three weeks passed. No communication. No updates. Only after Volvo Customer Service randomly called to ask if I was satisfied did this issue resurface. After I explained the situation, the General Manager contacted me, apologized, and said he would personally handle it. I was told to bring the vehicle in immediately. I did. → The car remained at the dealership for three days. → Final response: “We are missing a pin. We cannot complete the repair. We don’t know when the pin will arrive.” As of today: • 30–40 days have passed • No follow-up • No calls • No emails • No timeline • And I am still driving a vehicle with an active airbag/SRS fault Allowing a customer to continue driving a car with a known safety system failure, without updates or accountability, is completely unacceptable — especially for a brand that markets itself on safety. This is not a parts issue. This is a failure of responsibility, communication, and basic customer care. Avoid this service department.

    We started our search for a new car and I wanted the same brand I had been driving for years and which was the X6. Our daughter convinced us to check Volvo due to the strong safety reputation. We initially were thinking of buying the new X5. From the minute we arrived to a few days later when we found the car we wanted the experience was fantastic. Daniel S. helped us and he is not pushy and genuinely wanted me to find the one car I would love. We initially did not find one that matched my wishes and he kept researching and located one he had shipped in. He understood my asks and wanted to make me happy. When the car arrived at the dealership he texted us that it was perfect and followed our specs. He could have tried to convince me for something else but no he looked for precisely what I wanted which was less expensive than some he had showed me initially. Amazing experience thanks guys. Mark is also great and worked with us on any additional coverages we could select or opt out from. Thank you guys.

    I've honestly been happy with my experience here before, but the last two times I worked with Matt Price and we was such a pleasure to work with! His customer service was excellent and so was his communication as far as keeping me updated about my vehicle. Matt was patient, listened to my concerns and resolved my issues. He also ensured I had a loaner car ready and waiting for me. I've worked with a couple different service advisors here and they have all been good, but had to write a review this time for Matt because he went above and beyond with his customer service - Thank you!
