I’ve always enjoyed my visits to this dealership and Joseph and Marcus have always provided world class service in their department. My vehicle was due for a 120k service which is a pretty in depth service. As our vehicle was being processed into service, we started browsing some of the newer models out on the lot and found a beautiful denim blue XC60. This is when we were introduced to Louis D. in sales. Louis was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. We ended up really liking the vehicle and decided to purchase. Louis really made the whole process enjoyable and relaxing. Had never had this type of buying experience before. Thank you Louis and Northpoint Volvo for world class service!

You’re going to charge me a 3% service charge on my credit card for a $2000 service? Please! I use my credit card to accumulate points, and these are no brainers. A 2022 XC40 with 28k miles getting a 40K service, plus brakes front and back, plus wipers and a few other items should not cost me an extra 3% to use my credit card. Fortunately I keep plenty of cash in checking for a debit purchase. Jim Ellis will now get my service despite a less than engaging service center.

Pricing was very straightforward and aggressive from the start. I provided all of our information so the rebates and finance paperwork was complete before we arrived. Lance spent about 45 minutes with my wife discussing operation of the vehicle and the infotainment system. He is an expert and great teacher. Our experience with Lance Jeter and Northpoint couldn't have gone better. 10/10. Call and ask for Lance Jeter, tell him how you'd like the experience to go and he will make it happen.

We started our search two months ago and visited many dealerships. North Point has the best inventory selection and cleanest certified Volvos we’ve seen compared to other Volvos stores in North Metro Atlanta area. Most of their used inventory are off lease one owner no accident and near flawless conditions. Additionally there is no sales pressure and a true focus on making sure customers are happy with the deal. Louis our sales lead along with our sales/f&i managers Tim and Zach were more than willing to earn our business when no other dealership would budge. Extra credit owed to Louis for sitting with us to learn all the new features and ensuring we were happy along the way. North Point truly sets the benchmark for how car buying should be.
