Louis took us on a test drive and explained everything about the XC90. He answered our numerous questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to set up the technology in the car for us after the purchase. Louis even introduced us to the service guys and got their card so we could have a contact person in the service department. Louis deserves a five star rating for his exemplary sales and customer service for us. We love Louis!

He was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and never once made the process feel pressured. What truly set him apart was his follow-up. He stayed on top of outstanding items, kept communication clear and timely, and made sure every detail was handled properly. Buying one vehicle can be stressful — buying two could easily double that — but Anthony made both experiences smooth, transparent, and professional. If you’re in the market for a Volvo, I highly recommend asking for Anthony Jones. He delivers exactly what you hope for in a car buying experience: honesty, responsiveness, and follow-through.
