READ ME READ ME READ ME DO NOT GO HERE AT ALLLLL. I bought new tires from this place and they did my alignment my steering was off centered BAD called took it back after a 12 hour shift they "fixed it" said something was loose but it wasent like that before THEY messed with it. And when the guy drove my car for a "test drive" he drove if off the lot like a maniac and very disrespectful to do to s customers car. Took it to Akins ford a dealership they said my tie rod end was left loose by them. I spent $1,084 on new tires and mount and balance and alignment and j could if got into a really bad wreck. AND when I csme back for them to "fix it" there was a bunch of kids running around the shop and a lifted truck BLASTING music this place was unprofessional and don't know how to properly do tires. Also offered me a new engine filter they never even put it in but charged me like $70 for it. We even discussed putting michilan pilots on and they didn't even put those on

Hello, I’m writing to express a concern about the alignment service recently performed on my vehicle. Since the alignment was completed, the car is still pulling, which makes me believe the alignment was not done correctly. I brought the vehicle in specifically to correct this issue, and unfortunately the problem has not been resolved. I would appreciate it if the alignment could be rechecked and corrected, or if we could discuss an appropriate resolution. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I can bring the vehicle back in at your earliest convenience.

Do not trust this shop! They will destroy your car! I came here over 4 months ago to have a set of tires installed that I purchased online. From the start, it was obvious the technician moving my car into the bay was not competent driving a manual transmission—he stalled it multiple times and repeatedly revved the engine. While pulling the car onto the lift, he did so without a spotter. I then heard another technician yell for him to stop. Moments later, I watched multiple employees gather around the car and attempt to lift it by the fenders after it got stuck on the lift due to the car being too low. As a result, they damaged my vehicle: the underside of my front bumper was mangled, and the fenders were scuffed/scratched from being handled improperly. What’s worse is that nobody told me any of this. They finished the job and tried to hand the car back “as if nothing happened.” When I inspected it, the front bumper was visibly crooked, and the underside was clearly destroyed. Only then did the manager admit they had “an issue getting it on the lift.” The manager said the repairs would be handled through their insurance. As of today—roughly 4.5 months later—my vehicle still hasn’t been repaired, despite repeated calls and back-and-forth with Mr. Tire corporate and the store manager that have gone nowhere. On top of the damage, they failed to balance my tires correctly and over-torqued my lug nuts to roughly double the factory spec. Overall, this was careless work, poor communication, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.
