Waited 2 hours All the tires were balanced wrong one tire had 16 weights on it brought it back took another hour and had to do it all again and still when my car hits over 80mph steering wheel vibrates wth will never return. They tried to give me half of an oil change 😂 tire shop can’t balance a tire i wouldn’t let you under the hood to do jack.

They were super aware of the time sensitivity due to us having horses on a trailer and worked to get the flat repaired quickly. They went above and beyond to give me friendly and courtesy service. I truly appreciated it. I'd never been to Mavis Tires before, but they were the only close by tire shop, opened on a late Sunday afternoon. So based on my initial impressions, we'll definitely be back to get new tires for our cars. I'm so glad I found them.
