She explained to me the differences between the screw having been in the tread vs. not the tread and why patching was not a good idea (tire could blow on highway) and then patiently explained the options I had to replace. I know nothing about tires and just wanted to make the safest choice at the best price point and she made it really easy on a stressful day!! High recommend
