They were up front and honest about the issue and didn't try to overcharge or make it out to be more of a problem than it was, as I have often felt when going in for car repairs to other places. I got the impression they were were treating me and they other female customer I heard them working with with the same respect and service they would give a male customer. I will use them again.

Both Chris’s up front worked with me to provide the best service for my car and addressed my needs while also respecting my budget due to starting a new job on Monday. Deion, the mechanic, did a great job on my brakes, rotors and new caliper as well as my new tires and even rotated them without me even asking. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you’re look for exceptional and quick service that will allow you to not have to miss too much time from work or other obligations.

Israel Joyce is General Manager who goes above and beyond to insure your needs are met, both on service to your vehicle and billing issues. His manager in tray, Chris, is exceptional as well. They are both courteous and professional and leave you feeling with the confidence your vehicle is serviced as requested and that you are truly a valued customer. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went back to the same Walmart and they mechanic told me that, something from the oil thing is not working and they don’t that so I should go somewhere else so that they will me what is it. I then took my car to Mavis tires and brakes at Mansell Road in GA , within a minute, they found the issue and they fixed it for me. I was told by Mavis tires and brakes mechanics, Christ and BB that, there was something that Walmart mechanic did not screw up well. Chris and BB did a fantastic job of fixing the problem and even beyond. I recommend this shop to anyone and when you go, ask of Chris and BB and you will walk out with your car very satisfied. Thank you Chris and BB
