Gerber did diligently work to fix the problem. recently had to take my car to Gerber Collision on Alpharetta Highway after it got rear-ended. The insurance company referred me there, so I thought it would be a smooth process. When I picked up my car, I noticed the fender was a bit loose and actually seemed to be falling off. I took it back and spoke with the manager, who told me it was due to the aftermarket fender they had used. He promised to reach out to the insurance company to see about getting a proper dealer fender. However, it’s been three weeks now, and I haven't heard anything back from them. I’m feeling a bit frustrated with the lack of communication. I really hoped for a more positive experience, but it hasn’t worked out that way so far. I just wish they would update me on what's happening instead of leaving me in the dark.
