  I was side swiped with no dent damage, just paint transfer, and brought it in Christmas Eve morning. I was hoping it could be buffed out because have $1000 collision deductible, so this was out of pocket. I should have gotten the fellow’s name but I didn’t. He checked out the car and said “Give me 5 minutes.” He brought it back looking terrific and said “Merry Christmas.” No charge!! Great customer relations! I’d go back in a heartbeat.

  This is an edit of previous review. Gerber did diligently work to fix the problem. recently had to take my car to Gerber Collision on Alpharetta Highway after it got rear-ended. The insurance company referred me there, so I thought it would be a smooth process. When I picked up my car, I noticed the fender was a bit loose and actually seemed to be falling off. I took it back and spoke with the manager, who told me it was due to the aftermarket fender they had used. He promised to reach out to the insurance company to see about getting a proper dealer fender. However, it’s been three weeks now, and I haven't heard anything back from them. I’m feeling a bit frustrated with the lack of communication. I really hoped for a more positive experience, but it hasn’t worked out that way so far. I just wish they would update me on what's happening instead of leaving me in the dark.

  They can’t paint properly, leaving marks from dust and paint job was the same as if 3rd grade kid painted it. Scum place!
