After a pressure-related oil issue led to spark plug damage, I found myself caught between two auto shops with conflicting diagnostics and a hefty repair quote. Tucker at Express Oil Change didn’t flinch. He reviewed the situation, consulted his district manager, and offered to replace the spark plugs and re-run diagnostics at no cost. Meanwhile, the competitor European auto shop (not going to say the name, but it’s located very close ) quoted me over $1,231 and charged me a $189 diagnostic fee without even flinching. (Even though they have recently performed work on two of my vehicles) Tucker, Lexi, Creed, Princess, Josh, and District Manager Keith turned a stressful, multi-day ordeal into a reaffirmation of why I’ve trusted Express Oil for over 14 years. Their values aren’t just slogans on the wall—they live them every day. Tucker had the plugs replaced and the car test-driven in under 15 minutes. Then, as a gesture of goodwill, because I was due for an oil change, they even covered the oil change. Everything was closed last night, and I had work later this morning so I was in a rush to find somewhere that would help me quickly. I called a few places but they all said they were too busy to see me until later in the day. The staff here welcomed me in, before they even opened, and fixed everything up so I could get to work on time!
