  These guys were awesome very professional. They did my first oil change on my new Cadillac Escalade V. Would highly recommend them!! Ray and Josh did great thank you!

  I visit Express oil change every three months to get my oil changed and it’s always a great experience! My favorite part is how fast the oil change is and I don’t even need to leave my vehicle. Creed was one of my technicians today and he was great. See you in three months!

  I will be forever grateful to the wonderful technicians at this location! I had an oil change done the previous night, at another establishment. (PB). I'm sure you can figure out what the initials stand for. Anyway, PB put way too much oil in my vehicle, despite me informing them how much oil my vehicle requires. No, I'm not a mechanic, however, I have owned my vehicle for approx 20 years, and do have some knowledge about it. Because PB was closed, I couldn't take care of the issue until the following morning. I didn't want to continue driving my vehicle too far until the excess oil was removed, so I took it to a closer PB location, the one on Atlanta Highway. The guy at the front desk acted as if he didn't even want to be bothered so I left. Thank GOD for Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers that was a couple of miles away. I was sitting in my vehicle, when a friendly technician approached me, and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained what had happened, and asked him if it was possible for them to siphon some of the excess oil from my vehicle. Without any hesitation, he said "Of course! I'm sure we can help you out with that!" Sorry I didn't get your name, but you completely changed my mood. After pulling my vehicle into the work garage, I was greeted by the manager and Josh. Josh did an exceptional job explaining the entire process and not even 5 minutes later, he was done! I had my debit card out waiting to pay my bill, however, the manager did not charge me. Now this is what I call top notch customer service!! :-) I recommend this location to anyone, and will never hesitate to bring my vehicle here again. The technicians take pride in their work, and go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks again guys and I'll see you next time!! Signed, The Xfire Chic
