- MIMike & Lisa Iamele1 day ago1.0This location would earn zero stars if that was an option. My husband had a car reserved for 12 noon pickup. When he got there, they did not have the car that he reserved. They were very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all. 2 hours went by and still no solution. My husband asked several times to speak to the area manager. They said they could not reach her because she was in Corporate Office. We later found out, after several calls to Customer Service, that the area manager is not a she but a he. They kept promising call backs and that they were working on a solution but it was all a lie. My husband had to consistently call them, and still no solutions. They told him that he needed to call other locations himself. He called corporate, where they continued to lie to him about call backs and solutions. At one point, they said they found a car and someone was driving it to our house. That never happened and, at this point all the locations were closed. We lost out on a day of our vacation, and a day with family, because of their incompetence. After going through escalation we found a car at the Atlanta Airport. This was 9:00 at night and we had to drive an hour to pick it up and then back home. I would be very hesitant to trust this rental company.
