Renter beware!!! Last spring we reserved an intermediate SUV for pickup at this location in Alpharetta. Upon arrival they tried to pawn off a Mazda MX-30 (a subcompact) as our reserved intermediate SUV and at the same rate because they didn't have our reserved intermediate SUV available. There was no advance notice of this before arrival. A subcompact wasn't going to work for us. We were going to cancel the reservation. That's when they came up with the only SUV on the lot. It hadn't been inspected or cleaned yet. Since there weren't any other SUV's and now we were falling behind on getting on the road to travel we agreed and paid more. Which in itself feels like a whole bait and switch. It gets worse. That day, the first day of our travels we noticed odd sensor behavior and by our return of the SUV the sensor issues were obvious. We reported them and immediately recieved a discount. However, weeks later the story takes a horrible twist and Enterprise claims we are at fault. That the sensor issues on this SUV with Maryland plates was due to rodent damage. I can only assume that rather than take responsibility at this location, to resolve this with the location that had the vehicle prior, or previous renter it was decided to go after us. We requested evidence to include photos and prior maintenance records, to no avail. We requested to file a dispute. They said it was recorded and we would hear back from that department. We did not. Instead they filed with our insurance. It seems as though the insurance has paid. We didn't receive a debt release letter or any remainder billing. Then, recently we recieve a notice from TSI collections regarding $500 on behalf of Enterprise Rent A Car. This location and company has been a nightmare and are unscrupulous! And the irony of this, is that we have quarterly inspections by a wildlife and pest control company, and have for years, and we have clear records for rodents... records on hand!

I have to say this is my number 1 rental place. Jackson has gone above and beyond for me time and time again. If he couldn't do something he explained the situations. I dont see myself using any other rental place.

I was not happy to rent ka damaged car I fixed the tire they even didn't checked and they gave us I drove after I left I felt some tire is not going straight I called them informed them they said go fixed it ...I was upset they didn't said come to us we can fix and give you back...never ever recommended to anyone
You can send me your email then I will email you and tells you I never ever recommended anyone to rent a car from enterprise and have damaged and unsafe cars bad experience with me

This location would earn zero stars if that was an option. My husband had a car reserved for 12 noon pickup. When he got there, they did not have the car that he reserved. They were very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all. 2 hours went by and still no solution. My husband asked several times to speak to the area manager. They said they could not reach her because she was in Corporate Office. We later found out, after several calls to Customer Service, that the area manager is not a she but a he. They kept promising call backs and that they were working on a solution but it was all a lie. My husband had to consistently call them, and still no solutions. They told him that he needed to call other locations himself. He called corporate, where they continued to lie to him about call backs and solutions. At one point, they said they found a car and someone was driving it to our house. That never happened and, at this point all the locations were closed. We lost out on a day of our vacation, and a day with family, because of their incompetence. After going through escalation we found a car at the Atlanta Airport. This was 9:00 at night and we had to drive an hour to pick it up and then back home. I would be very hesitant to trust this rental company.
