Purchased Yokohama tires in December, reached out via text to my salesman in March do to excessive wear. Sent the car in and was told via text it was just the tread pattern but plenty of life left. In April took the car into BMW for an oil change and they told me I was gonna need new tires very soon. Went in 5 months later for new ties because these are not safe. These tires were bald after 10 months and I had complaints about them after 4 months. You learn a lot about a company when there is an opportunity to make it right. These brand tires were either defective or old or not tier 1 tires for this to happen. Instead being offered a solution or opportunity to make it right, I was told this is how tires are on staggered and this why I don’t suggest Pirreli’s, meanwhile I had to remind him he was looking at Yokohamas not Pirelli’s. They made excuses that didn’t even apply to the factory tires I had before which I got 29k miles on them and trashed a tire brand that I didn’t even have on the car they were looking at. You might get a deal on the price but the tire quality and customer service are substandard. Spend your money at a place that values customers and obvious flaws in their products.

Courtney and the rest of the guys at Butler do an incredible job. I was constantly kept updated on the status of my order by Courtney and as soon as the wheels arrived he notified me via text message and got me in right away for the installation. Everything was done in less than two hours (and was done flawlessly). They even packaged up my old wheels neatly into boxes for me to take them home and loaded them into my car for me. The quality of the work and the customer service are top notch.

I must say customer service is EVERYTHING! On October 15th, I decided to drive 30 minutes to this location, but the service was good and fast during my first visit. I arrived at 1120 hours and discovered they no longer take tap to pay as a payment method. Around 1130 hours, they pulled my vehicle to the bay. At approximately 1341 hours, my vehicle wasn't complete. I was only getting a High-speed balance for the two front wheels. I witnessed the technician sit inside his gold-colored Infinity sedan for 10 minutes. He exits the car, enters the garage, and doesn't touch my tires for an additional 10 minutes. I will not be returning to this location. Lastly, the tech spent a lot of time putting tire shine on the tires when my truck was dirty. I thank him for the nice gesture, but I've already waited too long. At approximately 1400 hours, I'm leaving this doesn't make any sense.

On Saturday we experienced a tire failure requiring the replacement of the damaged tire and based on wear the decision to replace both rear tires was made.
Fortunately for us Saturday marked the first Saturday the Alpharetta location was open until 4:00 PM.
Mike Cepko was incredible to work with, verifying tires needed, preparing all the necessary paperwork before the tow truck arrived and having our vehicle back on the road by closing.
I’ve been a Butler client for years and it’s all based on excellent service and attention to detail. You might find a lower price but you will not find better overall service.
Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels
Do I need an alignment?
During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications.
Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year.
Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
