  Oshay T didn't even wait for me to enter the store before helping. Had low beams out, but was checking high beams due to user error. Went over all options for replacements discussed why they burn out and replaced them. Wish I went directly to AutoZone, took 5 mins for him after 2 hours of troubleshooting myself.

  I had an unfortunately negative experience here. I came in about a week ago to get my back windshield wiper replaced. An employee came over to assist me. I picked the one I needed and he said, you should buy this on Amazon instead, they’re only $10. I said I have a $15 reward and you’re selling it for $14.99 so no thank you, I want to buy it here. Then he said it could be complicated to put on and again said I should order it from Amazon. I said I don’t care if it’s only $10 at Amazon, it would be free here with my reward. Then he tells me if I buy it, they won’t put it on. I just look at him for a moment with disbelief. He really did not want to sell this to me. So I finally said okay, I’ll go to a different store that wants my business. I went up the street to the Auto Zone near Home Depot where an employee greeted me and said absolutely he could install it and had it on in 5 seconds. Really disappointing this store employee didn’t want to help me when he clearly could have. Update - I’m editing this review from 1 star to 3 stars because the district manager contacted me and was apologetic and seems invested in ensuring this doesn’t happen again.
