  I just walked in and IMMEDIATELY TARGETED, just was trying to learn about tools and pick up a 24mm socket that another had told me to come to, and the moment I walk, energy switch from " How can we help" to What you want why you here, will NEVER ship here again

  Gerald Keith Middlebrooks needs to be removed from his position immediately. I've been a commercial customer for 4 years and been to AutoZones all over Ga and I've never encountered such poor and rude service. He was not only rude and obnoxious to me but he was very rude to my customer who was there with me buying parts. If he doesn't know how to deal with the general public professionally he should work in the back.

  My first time needing to go into an AutoZone felt like I accidentally entered the Ulta for men. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or what I needed but shoutout to Will & Edwin for saving me. I somehow walked out with pink wiper blades (completely unnecessary… but they were pink, so obviously essential), and Will even came outside to install them for me like a real one. As for the actual car stuff like oil, engine coolant, and a bunch of words I definitely pretended to understand, Edwin didn’t even hesitate, he just got everything for me. 10/10 experience, came in confused, left feeling like a mechanic (with cute wipers). Great people, great service.

  I had an issue with my car starting this morning. It eventually started, but I was worried about getting stuck somewhere. I took it to this AutoZone to get a free diagnostic on the battery. It turns out the battery was fine, but there was corrosion on the attachments to it.Luis and Flavius Cleaned off the corrosion for me at no charge. They even sprayed some stuff on it to help keep it clean. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone having issues with their car.
