  I accidentally order a pickup to this store and when i called Larry was soo helpful and very kind . Had great humor immediately cancelled my order to refund me. And also called back to confirm he had it refunded. Utmost customer service from Larry. 🙌🏽

  In this AutoZone location, I’ve always been treated excellently. Right now, I needed them to scan my truck’s computer, and it was excellent. They scanned it, interpreted it, printed the report, and gave me honest guidance. Wonderful, wonderful.

  If you have a commercial account and want to return something they apparently can’t do it unless the manager is present. Not customer friendly at all. You would think they would cater to commercial accounts. I spend so much money at their stores it’s really ridiculous not to get a refund on something I bought too much of whenever I want wherever I want. I called my usual AutoZone in Hickory Flat and they said the “Manager on Duty” should have been able to. So this AutoZone is poorly managed. These stores are not franchise owned. These stores are all one company. ?? If it was better managed, the manager would explain to the staff that if we treat commercial accounts really well they might choose our store more for their purchases. When both AutoZone’s are convenient, but one is not customer service friendly, you will avoid that. I mean, aren’t the managers income title to their sales in someway?

  Albo Ramos amazing service and great leadership skills, came in clutch when I went to look for a screw and lug nut today and my dad is literally counting down the sunlight at home so he can finish my car, I was literally about to go to Home Depot because me, my sister, and my mom were NOT about to guess the right screw from a wall full of them so thank you Albo for asking if we were looking for something cause yes we were trying
