- MMMarat5 days ago1.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my brand new truck in for a wash, and it came out with clear coat damage all over it. The tailgate and hood were the worst. Both were scratched pretty badly. This happened just three weeks ago, and I’ve been trying ever since to get it resolved. After submitting multiple claims and being given several false promises, I finally received an email stating they would not do anything about the damage. That was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. We’ve been a long time members and never had issues like this before. Sure, micro scratches would happen with this kind of car wash, but nothing even close to this level of damage. It’s clear something went seriously wrong that day. I’ve since canceled my membership. While the pricing and service used to be good, it’s not worth the risk. I would strongly advise anyone with a nice vehicle to think twice before coming here. If you’re lucky, you’ll be fine, but if not, you could end up dealing with costly damage and no accountability.
