  First the staff is excellent. They are always willing to assist. Now the reason for the one star. The carwash has parts that have not worked in months. There are two brushes that don’t work. I always have to rinse off the soap. The vacuum cleaner are free that’s a good thing but when they are working they don’t clean. I’m going to give them about another month to see if they repair the broken parts. If not I’m going to cancel my membership.

  Customer service was great as usual. Im only giving 3 stars because not all the equipment works inside the car wash so it did not clean my truck properly.
