I went back through the entrance gate only to be told they don’t do rewashes on the low tier wash, that “it’s only soap and water.” This was disappointing…not that it’s the attendant’s fault if that’s policy (he was very courteous), but if you have a “sparkle assurance” with no disclaimers or caveats saying that if you aren’t satisfied with your level of clean you’ll rewash, then you should get a rewash no matter the wash tier. I just wanted a washed, clean vehicle without the polish and coatings. I feel like I wasted $10. Will be heading to the car wash behind McD’s on Gillionville from now on.
