  The customer service at this location was terrible. A young employee was sitting with his feet propped up, focused on his laptop, and I couldn’t even tell if they were open. When I asked about getting a rental car, he barely responded and acted like I was bothering him. His attitude was rude, dry, and dismissive. I ended up telling him never mind. With a $400 deposit required on a major credit card, I didn’t feel comfortable or secure handing over my information. The experience wasn’t worth it given the level of customer service I received.

  Forced to step aside because my reservation was earlier in the day, and the manager was going to take care of the 15 people in line behind me, whose reservations were for “now”. I’ve never seen a rental location with so many one star reviews. All very similar, or included similar conversions, to my experience.12 out of the 26 total reviews are 1 star. I will never do business with this location again and I will tell everyone I know not to. I switched from Hertz to National several years ago specifically because of the superb customer service I get from national rental locations. I average 80-100 rental days and 25-40 rentals a year.

  The lady who helped me yesterday morning was super nice. Had to wait a bit to pickup my car but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. - Just wish they stayed open after 5pm so if you have a late flight beware of that
