I asked if the alignment & balancing were extra. "No ma'am, that's included". That'll teach me to ask the right question. I did not ask if they charged for "mounting"them. Oh yeah, $25 each, $7 to dispose of the old tires. One hour & fifty minutes later and a bill that was $57 more than was quoted, I was done. Live & learn, he was only spending MY money.
