The vehicle is clean and smells good, it has pretty decent gas in it when you get it and it drives really good. This time, however, the cleanliness fell short. There was an odor inside the office, so I chose to wait outside. I also noticed some trash, including empty beverage bottles, and the vehicle I received wasn’t as clean as usual, nor was the gas tank full. That said, the team’s professionalism and kindness were still outstanding. I understand the car was given based on availability, and I truly appreciate their great attitude and willingness to assist. I just hope next time the location returns to its usual high standard of cleanliness.
