These are the best folks I've ever dealt with. The cars can be... well interesting at times, but the people you work with are next level. Definitely will rent ONLY from these guys!

The staff were friendly professionals. I was greeted when I entered the facility and asked to have a seat while they finished with other customers on the phone and in the facility. The sitting area was clean and peaceful.

By far the best experience I've had at any Enterprise. Key was great, she was able to schedule me for a rental on short notice, and had everything ready and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. She went above and beyond and I recommend her to anyone.

This is a complaint of questionable/deceptive billing practice at Enterprise Leasing Company located – 406 E. Oglethorpe Blvd., Albany, GA 31705. Rental agreement# 112708 and Reference # 1GZV6D
Due to being involved in a car collision, Geico Insurance approved a car rental while our vehicle was being repaired.
We were informed by Geico that they would be totally responsible for car rental charges but rental insurance was extra.
We picked up the rental car on 11/21/2025 and return it on 12/23/25. The initial check-in with Enterprise employees was a customer service lady (name unknown) at the counter and then she asked Kee to complete the transaction. The unknown lady name and Kee were repeatedly informed that we do not want Enterprise's insurance. They were given our insurance card. And before signing the electronic pad, we verified with Kee about the insurance. She assured us that it was not included. Kee did not supply us with paperwork supporting the rental transaction before leaving. Within 1 hour of the completed the transaction, I contacted the office by text and attempted to call to request paper work for the the rental to be sent to email but there was no answer. Unknowingly, when we went back to Enterprise to get paperwork for car rental the next day, it wasn't the full paperwork for the transaction. We were not aware of the insurance charges until we received our credit card bill. The only charges we were informed of was a $50 deposit charge that would be returned when the vehicle was returned. The $50 was returned 12/24/25.
After learning of the charges, we immediately contacted Kee and Henry (Regional Customer Service Manager). We asked Kee and Henry to review the charges because we did not request the insurance. We spoke with Henry via phone call and per Henry, insurance billing begin on day one at pick-up and he stated that there was several attempts to contact us over that 30-day period and because we were not reached, they continued to bill us without our knowledge. We did not receive any contact from Enterprise to discuss billing for insurance during this period. Also, he stated that too much time had passed and he could not refunded the entire amount. We receive our credit card statement monthly. He stated that he normally he would only refund $65. We were charged $632.07 and $59. He refunded us $320 on 1/18/26 but we are not satisfied because we did not request the insurance. Kee did not respond. We want a full refund.
Geico approved another rental on 01/06/2026 and return on 01/07/2026. Again, Geico was totally responsible for car rental charges but rental insurance was extra. Kee told us that Enterprise's insurance was $17 dollars a day with a $50 deposit and it would be returned when car was returned. For this transaction, we approved the insurance. But the final credit card bill was $109.91. We received the $50 returned on 1/9/26.
