On 1-18-25 I had great experience in Ralston NE, no problem at all car was in good shape and clean . When I returned it in Albany staff was very nice good experience I will definitely use them again .. I recently rented a pick up one way to Ralston NE. From albany GA. It was very clean and comfortable.. 1500 GMC black A lot more comfortable ride then the small car was I brought from Nebraska 4 weeks ago.. I’m a larger man . I’m not a fan of small cars . lol Thanks to enterprise car rental for being such a easy transaction

They called this rental place and I expected to get a car today only to receive a call saying I did not have an appointment and they tried to call me yesterday, which was a every bit a lie because neither my mom or I whose phone numbers were on there. Received a phone call yesterday. He said it would be coming in a different number. That was another lie being that when they called me this morning to tell me they had no cars available the enterprise name came up on my phone and the phone call went through. The person on the phone Marcus was very rude. Continued to argue with me saying that they did call me again. No call was received yesterday.
