Even though it took me a minute to proceed with the payment she need rush me nor tend to another customer she was concerned to help me with this payment she was soooo helpful we need more people like her in the customer service field. I really appreciate her and her skills. My go to place for my car needs.

I SLIPPED and FELL on the floor once inside. It had been raining. There was an employee who had seen it and instead of asking if i was okay, he was being condescending towards me repeatedly stating “Can’t you see.” I promptly got up and the employee continued and not once apologized for his rude behavior. As a customer, I am appalled at how this employee handled this situation and will NOT be returning.
