- TDTone DavisFeb 10, 20265.0I was driving from Atlanta and the Serpentine Belt on my BMW popped and shredded I was stuck in Albany confused on what to do, I could not find a mechanic so I decided to try myself at Autozone, I was there not to long trying to figure out how to do it, One of the workers named Fred came out to help me after I've been struggling, He showed me the correct parts I needed to complete my task and when the store was empty he came out to assist me and we quickly got the job done I've very grateful for his help and generosity without him I would be stranded.
