My dad is in the hospital, so I didn’t know where to turn. I pulled into Auto Zone, explained what happened, and Jon didn’t hesitate to grab a toolbox and come check it out. He explained to me what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. I know auto repair is not a service Auto Zone offers, but I couldn’t be more grateful for Jon and Auto Zone for taking care of me and making sure I could make it home safely! EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT customer service!

I went to AutoZone in Adairsville Georgia (23 Eagle Parkway) on Saturday morning to pick up a part I had ordered, and the experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk who “helped” me (Brittany) was very rude for no reason. It honestly seemed like she had an attitude or just didn’t want to be there. I asked her if AutoZone accepted Apple Pay, and she said she didn’t know. I asked again if they took Tap and Pay, and she completely ignored me. I had to just try it myself — thankfully it worked, but she was no help at all. At first, I figured she was just a regular employee, but when I found out she was actually the manager, I was shocked. You’d expect a manager to set an example for their staff, not act like they don’t want to deal with customers. She made the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I honestly felt like a number or a transaction that she wanted to be done with, and not a valued customer. If I were to return to this location and see her working, I would probably wait for someone else to assist me, or go to Advance Auto down the street. I am not sure what her issue is or was, but I really hope she is not like this every day, or you’re going to lose some customers.
