She has the best customer service skills and she takes the time to help you with any and everything that has to do with Racetrac!!! She helped me with the app on my phone, how to use my reward points, help me with the microwave (it's a little different than your average at home microwave) and she helped me in so many ways today on March 23rd 2026 and I think she needs to have a management position because she is phenomenal. She multitask like no other and everybody that walks through that door she made sure to greet them and again she was just so helpful to any and everybody!!! Also, she's such a pleasure to speak with and has such a kind heart! Thank you Cassandra and I'm so glad that I met you today and I'll see you in the future!

We come here for midnight snack runs, quick lunches, and of course gas. Very rarely have we ever had any problems here. And the few we have have been made up for by great customer service and good food and drink selections. For example just recently we had bags of chips ring up for the wrong price as advertised and the lady behind the counter was super helpful and friendly adjusting the price. If there’s something wrong with the soda fountains there’s always plenty of bottled drinks to choose from. And i’ve never had any problems with the pumps. I’ve even gone in there wearing T shirts from bands that i like and had conversations with the staff about music and favorite songs. Super chill place.

Never coming back, worse RaceTrac ever and worst service I have EVER received at a RaceTrac. Will be taking my business to QuikTrip from now on.
