It may have been a bad experience but they did make it right If I could give a zero I would. This was by far the worst auto experience I have ever had. I made a reservation and confirmed it was only going to take about an hour for an oil change It’s been an hour and 45 min and I’m still waiting. I asked for a discounted rate and they have to think about it and maybe call me back later
