  On Easter, returning home on I75, hit road debris at 70 mph and destroyed my front rim and tire. Had vehicle towed to this location. The following day, Skylar called first thing in the morning with a plan to see what repairs were needed. Had an estimate before lunch. She said they could order all the parts except the rim and I would have to get that myself as they don't offer them. I asked where I would even look for a rim and thats when Skyler stepped up again and offered to to the leg work to find me one that was affordable. She also said she would work up as many discounts as she could to bring the total price down even further. She gave clear, accurate time frames and also kept me updated with texts and phone calls during the week as the work progressed. She did a professional and courteous job that was also affordable as well. Would definitely recommend again.

  I had a flat tire on my Tesla late in the evening and was worried about finding help so close to closing time. I am so grateful I came here! The manager, Billy, was incredibly kind and went out of his way to accommodate us into their schedule. He gave us a fair estimate and worked us right in without any hesitation. Blaine did a fantastic job and fixed the tire perfectly. He also went the extra mile to fill up air on all the tires that were a bit low. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine helpfulness. If you’re looking for a shop that is honest, efficient, and treats its customers with respect, this is the place. Highly recommended! Super happy!

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This was one of the most disorganized and frustrating service experiences I have ever encountered.Last Saturday I came in for an oil change and brake work, approved a quote, and was told the oil change would begin while waiting for brake parts to arrive. Shortly after, the manager abruptly reversed course and stated the brake job could not be completed because no one was available to stay late or work beyond regular hours. Meanwhile, Syvita was actively confirming that the necessary parts would be delivered within 15-20 minutes. Despite this, there was no effort made to prioritize or complete the most critical safety repair—my brakes. Instead, the situation was dismissed with a complete lack of urgency or flexibility. I clearly explained that I needed my brakes repaired for work and school and was willing to return for the struts at a later time. The solution I received was I could either leave my vehicle overnight or come back the following week—both completely unreasonable given the circumstances. The only positives in this experience were the mechanic, Blaine, and Syvita, who genuinely attempted to assist and find a solution. Unfortunately, their efforts were undermined by poor management decisions, which ultimately halted any progress. After wasting an hour plus at this location- I just left and took my business right down the street from Mavis- where all repairs were completed promptly—no excuses, no delays, and no lack of professionalism. If you value your time, your safety, and competent service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  Thank you for the wonderful service I received. I arrived with a nail in my tire, and the manager was very professional and promptly got me in to have it patched. I really appreciate the quick and efficient help!

  Mavis is ALWAYS my go-to tire service provider. They get the job done in the correct way in a timely manner! Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is always top notch! I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone I can! Look what they were able to pull out of my tire today! Wow! Mavis wins yet another battle!
