  I had such a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube! From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and professional. Sam, the technician who assisted me, was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly funny and personable. He made the entire visit enjoyable and kept me laughing while still providing excellent service. It’s not every day you meet someone who can make car maintenance feel stress-free and entertaining! I also want to give a big thank you to Shelby, who thoroughly inspected my car. She was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was checked properly, which I truly appreciated. The oil change and radiator flush were completed very quickly, and the entire team worked so efficiently. I even told Sam they run the place like a “well-oiled machine” (lol), and it’s absolutely true! I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast, friendly, and top-quality service. I’ll definitely be back!

  Agents at this store could not add in Uber discount. They add a 5.00 charge that was not listed. The uber app for driver increased the discount to 15% due to price change. This location could not do the math and adjust the price. Wow, you could not manually do math and correct price.

  Excellent service. I went in for an oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. Sam assisted me in a very professional and friendly way, making sure everything was quick and hassle-free. Along with Andrew, they took the time to explain every detail of the service, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. You can tell they truly care about their customers and work with honesty. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

  I had a very concerning experience at this location. I arrived before another customer and was waiting to be serviced. Staff stated the policy was “first-come, first-served,” yet allowed a customer who came after me to go ahead of me. When I asked for clarification, I was given vague responses like “you know how things are sometimes” instead of a clear explanation. As I continued trying to understand why I was skipped, I was told to leave and that the police would be called. Law enforcement was then called even though this was simply a question about service order. No charges were filed. I was the only Black customer present at the time, which made the situation even more concerning given how it was handled. There are cameras in the service area, so the sequence of events should be clear. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews what happened. The GM there I dealt with is name Brian Jackson .
