Around 2pm after having my card swiped to enter, the young woman working the garage wasn’t paying attention so I patiently waited for her direction. However, she was too busy on the phone FaceTiming so I tried to line my wheels up myself. This clearly aggravated her and she comes up to my window shaking her head and instead of telling me what to do, aggressively tells me to not touch anything (in my own car) and grabs my wheel and harshly whips it all the way to the right. I get onto the belt and something still isn’t right and instead of trying to figure it out, she starts accusing me of different things as to why it wasn’t working. The only issue was my car needed to be put into neutral. I haven’t been to that wash in a while because I was going to self service stations, and now I’m reminded of why I should go back to those. I understand people have bad days, but the attitude and demeanor I received was unnecessary. For the sake of business, I would remove her from customer facing positions, considering I was put on the spot and asked to tip, the least I expected was some kindness.
