The attendants who push you to purchase the monthly subscription are annoying. I want to choose the service on my own and handle my method of payment on my own. I do not like how the attendants stand right there with your card in hand and ask you for a tip and ask how much tip you'd like to leave. It is disingenuine. Why am I expected to tip on an overpriced automated car wash? The attendants don't do anything above and beyond. Tips shouldn't be used as a way to supplement extra pay from the public for employees who are not dine in restaurant staff that actually do work for their Tips.
- JMJahlisa MaraghFeb 20, 20262.0Wash was ok, workers were polite but towels and cleaning sprays were nowhere in sight. When I was leaving it seems like I saw them at the entrance which is weird because that’s not where the customers need them. Not sure I would come back because of the inconvenience.
