Extremely frustrating experience here AGAIN. I waited over an hour and a half just for them to tell me I needed a simple alignment — which is exactly what I told them I needed when I walked in. After all that waiting, I was then told they “didn’t have the machine” to properly assess my car and had to take it to another location. I was told this would take 15–20 minutes, but after 45 minutes with no update, I had to go looking for the employee myself because he was nowhere to be found. I had no idea where my car even was during that time. When I finally asked for an update, the excuse was that he was “busy dealing with other things,” which made no sense since there was no one even there when we first arrived. I ended up leaving with no service done, this was a complete waste of time, poorly communicated, and very unprofessional. If you value your time and want clear communication, I would not recommend this location. I’m truly not sure where all the good reviews come from, they probably bought them.

black Ford F-150 Limited SuperCrew Cab 4x4 Rotors do not get replaced every 5,500 miles. If they do, that's an underlying issue, such as "sticking" calipers, in which case, the brake tech should know this. Either there was an underlying issue or they use the cheapest than cheapest rotors known to mankind. The only other thing is bad brake pads or aggressive driving habits (like, to the nth degree). The girl that works the counter is going to tell us that yes, rotors can get replaced every 5k miles because hers had ot be replaced afer 5500 miles. Non-sense. Do not tell them your brakes are squeaking. They'll hust replace the rotors without actually diagnosing anything. The brakes were still squeaking after we got them replaced. Finally, we took it in to the Ford dealership. Lo and behold, the underlying issue was misaligned calipers. This is why places like this need to hire technicians (keen troubleshooters and diagnosers) rather than mere installers. Brakes squeaking? Okay, we'll just replace your rotors.
