I had a rear brake service performed about a year ago. Everything seemed fine until I went to get new tires at another business. Well they inform me that they can't put the new tires in the rear as I had a *floating stud * or basically the lugnut on the rear driver-side tire was spinning? I did bring this to Mavis' attention and they have since denied any responsibility? Obviously putting 2-and-2 together, a technician at this location clearly mishandled my car and I'm frustrated because now I'm having to expense this repair on my own accord? Again I hate to ruin any businesses reputation but this is not right. I would 100% not recommend anyone going to this store for any automotive service! Thanks..
