I asked the gentleman and young lady how much for a full synthetic oil change (including the $26 coupon on their site). I was told “we aren’t really sure until after the service is completed”, “I’m not good with math”, it’s hard to say without knowing the taxes”, “also add another $9 or $10.50 depending on number of courts. So they are telling me they can’t give me a price until they are done. Unbelievable. And imagine that - there isn’t one car being serviced. Shocking. I’ll wait until my normal service center opens back up on Monday

Wanted synthetic no one presented me options of pricing and because I’d been there before I was ok with it…bad idea. Waited almost an hour because they didn’t have the synthetic, it was coming from next door as was engine filter I wanted changed, there was no coming out to my vehicle and giving me pricing…employees smoking in bay in front of my truck SMH ..when they actually did get oil and from wherever next door was, they asked me to cash out inside. $962.00 I said your crazy….then they all huddled around again and a $720.00 price appeared, I said I’m not paying that…then they did whatever it was they were doing and it became $502.00 I paid that and left furious, talk about feeling like I got scammed and ripped off…take your cars elsewhere believe me. I use to frequent this Jiffy lube and it’s night and day difference. By the way Ford would have done the same service for $230.00 so yeah huge rip off. Management at location horrible, lots of people doing nothing. **Update: Spoke to district manager Mr. McDaniel assured me was a training issue and no oil change was $962.00 nor was it $720.00 and the 502.00 dollars I was finally charged was also incorrect, and they apparently hit a wrong button🤔 I received a refund adjustment in price that was fair, from Mr. McDaniel, still seems like something was really off but lesson learned, excellent response from District Manager McDaniels. Thank you.

Even though I wasn’t going to get tires at that moment the general manager alerted me to the fact that three of my tires were dangerously bald and because of that I was able to set up an appointment for tires. They are very friendly and I would recommend anyone going to that location. I will be returning to have my vehicle serviced
