    I've rented pontoon boats from Glade Marina multiple times, and the experience has consistently been top-notch—reliable boats, smooth performance, and a staff that's always friendly, professional, and eager to assist. These aspects have made every trip enjoyable and earned them a near-perfect rating in the past. However, my most recent rental left me frustrated. Despite returning the boat in pristine condition, I was charged a $50 non-refundable damage waiver fee. The staff explained that this was outlined in the 15-page rental agreement, but I find it unreasonable to expect customers to sift through dense legal jargon to uncover such fees. Charging for hypothetical damage that never occurred feels like a predatory policy, and the lack of clear, upfront communication about this non-refundable fee undermines an otherwise great experience. Glade Marina offers quality boats and exceptional service, but they need to prioritize transparency by clearly disclosing all fees upfront. Eliminating or better explaining policies like the non-refundable damage waiver would go a long way toward maintaining customer trust and ensuring a truly five-star experience.

    We rented one of their pontoon boats. It was a great time. Nathan, came right up to the truck, put all our stuff in a cart and got us on our way quick. Great service and the lake was beautiful. A great way to spend the 4th of July.

    Wonderful experience, beautiful scenery. Excellent staff and very helpful! 5 out of 5⭐️ Front office staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Can’t wait to go back.
