They explained everything clearly and didn't push any extra services. It's rare to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle, but I've found it here. They roll their eyes and talk down to you. They were also upset when I told them I did not need an air filter nor a cabin filter because I changed them by myself recently. I drove off and went across the street to the new Valvoline Instant across the street who are open until 7pm!

I had initially gone to another business to have my brakes replaced, only to have them tell me an hour before closing that their equipment wasn’t working and they couldn’t change my brakes. The next two places I tried said it was too late to do it that day (an hour before closing). I decided to try one last business, Express Oil Change, and they got it done, even stayed late to do it. On top of that, they declined the additional $ I offered them. They have earned my business today and going forward; give them a chance to earn yours!
