- MMMattFeb 19, 20261.0Today was the third time that I've booked a rental weeks in advance and them not have what I booked. They wait the day of your pickup to tell you that they don't have anything. I booked almost a month in advance and get a call 30 minutes before im supposed to pick up and tell me that they didn't have anything. The girl that I spoke with acted like she could care less. Even letting me know they day before, would have gave me a little time to figure something out, but they waited till they opened the next morning and now me and my family are having to scramble and figure something out for our vacation. There's no excuse for this happening several times with a booking weeks in advance.
