I was in my local store two weeks ago, on a Saturday. They had one person working the counter and there were 4-5 customers before me, not yet being served. I saw two guys strolling out with inventory carts who didn't even bother to offer anyone assistance. I left and will not return. They don't even have any well informed staff anymore. Went to another similar store, same pathetic thing, no customer service. Went to a third, the one with the four leaf clover, and they had 4 people working the counters and no waiting. They were also well informed and personable. Sad how companies lose track of what had made them successful. Keep chasing those profits corporate, you'll drive the company bankrupt and then wonder what happened, or not.
