  Outrageous wait times. I waited over an hour for an already reserved vehicle. Very disorganized and inconvenient. Poor customer service experience. Just overall very terrible experience.

  Absolutely awful. Booked a specific type of vehicle a month before pick up. Was told 2 days before, they were working on it. Ended up getting what they had available day of pick up. Don't advertise and book vehicles you can't deliver. Even worse, had to negotiate to get a fair price and not have them charge me for for the junk they gave me vs. the high end vehicle I booked...useless. also know that if you post a negative review, you are automatically deferred to a web addy that you will do absolutely nothing for you

  I love the ease of picking up and dropping off the rentals. One of the staff even picked me up from the collision shop where I dropped off the car. At the store, they were attentive and quick at getting my rental ready to go. Had no issues with the car as well. Overall I had a great experience and will use them in the future.

  I was treated dishonestly!! Someone called me three times in a row. They never left a message.And it did not say enterprise! Plus I could not understand the person I was talking to!!! The price went up on the car and plus I did not get what I rented! I have been renting from enterprise for a long time! If it wasn't for me calling the eight hundred number for enterprise. I would have not had a car to Rent!! I was a test driver for Jack Rouse. He owns a big chunk of ford corporation! The Ford Broncos sport, it is one of the worst riding cars that you can rent!!!! And I had a choice when I got there in Zephyrhills. The point is, it was not the car that I rented!! If I ran my business the way this was done. I would have been out of business many years ago!! What happened is that, It is spraying break in Florida. Plus all of the northerners have came south! I have a lot of family that lived lived in Florida. Matter of fact, my family named five counties in Florida. It would have been a whole lot better off if I would have called one of them to come get me. My nephew picked me up at the airport. By the time I got done with the deal that was made. I would have been better off to rent one if the airport!! I was dealing with dishonest people. A man is as good as his word! Plus I like speaking to people that I can understand! I have always had a saying. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me! By the way. I am a professional songwriter in country music. I can write a song about anything! It would be very easy for me to write a song about enterprise! It won't be good for your business!!!
