  Brought our Jaguar here for a slow leak and wheel balance and they got her back to perfect. Just had a nail in the tire of our Benz so did the same thing and once again car rides beautifully now. Definitely recommend. The guy at the desk was great and they were pretty quick

  This tire shop ripped me off. When I arrived, they told me the tire rotation service was $25. Turns out, that was $25 per tire. In the end, they charged me $117. First, they lied about the initial price, and then they added an extra $10 fee that they never explained. They are liars.

  The Manager Tod at times seemed a little full of him self and stand offish. I had 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced on my Ram 2500. I feel as though he lied to me about a broken TPMS sensor inside my tire. I had no issues with my tire pressure reading inside of my vehicle, if you broke it while taking my tire off just fix your mistake and move on. Was told that 1 of my brand new tires had excessive road force, Tod told me he balanced it the best he could. Only reason that I told him it was fine was because I had been there for so long at that point. Wasn’t expecting my whole truck to shake obnoxiously to point of needing to find another place to rebalance my tires for me. Only 2 guys in the shop working so I was okay with waiting for awhile but wasn’t aware that it would take as long as it did. Was there from 10am to 1:30. If you’re looking for quick and honest service I don’t think this is the place. Would rather take my chances with a mom and pop shop! Never again!

  I’ve been here a few times for different services and never had a bad experience. The prices aren’t too bad overall, they’re pretty fast, and the quality of service has been great every time. The employees are always friendly, too, so that’s definitely a plus! Would recommend!

  Corey was very proactive, over-the-top friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable auto repairs needs. I needed a second opinion about if I really needed to replace my Jeep's water pump or not. Thankfully, the diagnostic check was free of charge at Tire Choice not like other repair shops who want to charge a fee of $250 or higher just to look at your vehicle. Corey confirmed, yes the water pump needed to be replaced, it was leaking. Tire Choice repair cost was much less than the quote I received from a differ repair shop, I scheduled the day to do the work, and wa-la... the water pump was successfully replaced personally by Corey, and I left a happy customer who will definitely be returning to this Zephyrhills Tire Choice location (7994 Gall Blvd) if any other of my Jeep repairs are needed. 👏 Applauds goes out to Corey, Great Job! 👍
