The most important thing is how great the employees were at their customer service and how they were willing to look into the issue I had to get a discount with my insurance and help me as much as possible. They make you feel very welcomed which makes a person want to return if they need to rent a car again. I appreciate everything they did for me.

I rented a 2025 Chevy equinox the day before Christmas Eve to take to the Blue Ridge Mountains and I rented this car for a week. Well once you’re there, I had issues with the car where it didn’t start for three days, including Christmas Day and the day after the day after so to make a long story short I went through hell up there in The Blue Ridge Mountains with this car totally ruin my vacation because instead of having fun with my friends, I was dealing with car issues three days in a row, nevertheless when I got to the enterprise in Zephyrhills And my agent name is Avery AVERY! Well, this lady took care of me so well! I am not gonna give you the particulars of what she did but she made it so very easy to make me happy. It was like what you want, sir and we came to a conclusion! I thought it was really good for me and I am very satisfying. I want to thank Avery so much because I was stressed out about was I gonna get screwed by enterprise so I highly recommend enterprise in Zephyrhills And I can’t thank Avery n McKinley so much they are awesome⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
