Returned car the next morning. The girl at Enterprise in Zephyrhills wrote up a damage report. Got an email asking for my insurance info and/or credit card info to pay for the damage. We did not damage this car. We dont even know what the damage is. Falsely accused. Use caution when dealing with this establishment.

Not going to name these children but two people I repeatedly told to remove the gas charges as I brought it back full, nonchalantly promised they would credit me.. I honestly requested because at beginning of pickup the kid said “it’s $20 bucks, great deal “..it was not true when I read my pdf contract, I ask before I left to reverse the gas charges.. 3 days later same checks me out, same crap simply ignore crediting the gas.. I ask politely, they said give me a minute I will take care of it.. 5 days later no credit.. I call and asked for the mgr.. person on the phone said, I’ll do it right now.. ask why was this not done when promised, she responded I Don’t know 😂 this is what you get when you have children running a company!
