What happened to good customer service where the staff member would say do you need help finding what you want. No the store was not full it was today on a Sunday

- CLCharles LaffertyNov 25, 20251.0Stopped in for wiper blades and was welcomed, but not asked if I needed help. I eventually found the wiper blade section that I needed. I them struggled for nearly 10 minutes to download the wiper chart app and look for my particular part. After hearing the staff help others that came in, while ignoring me, I went down the road to O'Reilly's. Within 5 minutes time the counter person at O'Reilly's looked up the part I needed, retrieved it from the rack, installed it on my vehicle, and cashed me out. THAT'S service. I'll be going to O'Reilly's for now on.

The battery is located in the trunk and quite a hassle to get to. Greg was very careful and patient and replaced it for me in no time!!! I can't thank them enough!!!! Store 2418 is the best!!!
