Mr. Gregg V offered service excellence. I went to the store while it was dark. I needed to borrow a part. He made sure I had the correct tools. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge. I had to stay on-site. He did not rush me and held a decent conversation with me. Thank you!

I’m extremely disappointed with how AutoZone has handled my complaint. After days of waiting to speak with someone in charge about how I was mistreated on September 30th, I finally received a call from a manager in another district. Instead of resolving the issue, he told me, “You sound like you know what you’re talking about,” and then offered me a job — as if that somehow made up for the situation.
That was offensive and completely missed the point. I don’t want a job; I wanted accountability and fairness. He said they would “fix the situation” and that I’d never feel that way again walking into their store, but all he meant was having a “conversation” with the person involved. That’s not resolution — that’s avoidance.
After all this time, nothing has been done. I feel ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. Offering me a job instead of taking real responsibility was unprofessional and insulting. I will be taking this matter above his head until someone at AutoZone takes it seriously.

I went into AutoZone on September 30 to exchange a rotor. The employee absolutely refused to help me, telling me “there’s nothing he could do.” He was dismissive of my request. Only after I left, called AutoZone’s corporate office, and came back with the rep on speakerphone did he finally process the exchange. Even then, he was aggressive with my new rotor and wouldn’t place it on the counter where I was being served — he made me walk to another counter to get it.
I also filed a complaint with corporate by phone and was told I’d get a call in 48 hours. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t heard anything. Very disappointed with the lack of respect and customer service.
