  Dealt with Logan the manager, we purchased a few items as we have just moved here and wanted to have some basic stuff for maintaining our cars. Needless to say, Logan was extremely helpful and got us everything we needed. Will be using this location from now on!

  I called the store early in the morning with a minor emergency regarding my BMS sensor needing to be reset due to a new battery in my car. I was assisted by Store Manager, Logan Bruce, who offered to help me as soon as possible. The customer service was exceptional, no waiting time, and he showed a lot of interest to my matter/issue. He assisted me without any financial compensation, which saved me $200 if I went to a Dealership. Thank you for the service!

  I purchased 3 wipers at noon on 9/21/25. The employee that handled my sale seemed unhappy to be there, which was fine with me. After paying I went back to look for touchup paint. I then had to go out to my vehicle to check the paint code on my car. When I returned, the person that checked me out was gone. a 2nd employee helped me find the paint, but not my specific color. When he showed me the paint, he said the one you said did not exist is right here and walked away. I then asked him if he installs the wipers and he said the guy that sold them should. I said he is not here now. He then told me after the 2 people ahead of me he will get to mine. I installed the front 2 wipers and just needed help with the rear one, by the time he helped the other 2 customers. Before he got to me, I watched him tell the 2nd customer, "I will not change your wipers in the middle of the parking lot". Better response would have been can you park your car in a parking spot, so I can install your wipers. Then he got to my car and began removing the drivers wiper, which I already replaced. I was attempting the rear install when he walked up to my car. When I saw him I told him I installed the front wipers already. He said " Well then what did you need me for ". I told him, I just need help with the rear wiper. He walked away from me saying " I do not replace rear wipers". He said "I have never done it and do not know how ". I asked if he can just help me how to put the proper piece on the wiper blade, so I can install it. He said he could not, as he has never done that and walked away again. I told him his attitude was less than desirable Simple communication skills could have been utilized, instead of what was displayed. I will not frequent this location again, as the 2 employees I engaged, did not want to be there.
