  The Yulee fl Tire Kingdom is my local tire place I have used since 2013. They have ALWAYS treated me as a valued customer! Love going to them even though there are several other tire stores in the area.

  I had a Wonderful experience getting an oil change. Theresa and Justin was exceptional. They explained some issues that came up with my vehicle in great detail and gave me some discounts and they even checked other potential issues with my vehicle for free. I am Very Happy with the professional and proficient service I received!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – Tire Kingdom (Yulee, FL – SR 200 & Hwy 17) I had an incredible experience at Tire Kingdom in Yulee that absolutely deserves recognition. My vehicle showed a low-battery warning, and after having it tested at AutoZone, it was clear the alternator was the issue. I called several shops around 3:30 PM, and most told me they might be able to look at it the next day—or wanted to charge $120 just to “diagnose” the problem I already knew about. When I called Tire Kingdom, I spoke with Theresa, who told me to bring it right in. They checked it immediately, did not charge me for a diagnostic, and the test matched AutoZone’s results within minutes. They gave me a couple of price options and even went above and beyond by checking additional parts availability. They found a significantly cheaper alternator at O’Reilly Auto Parts and told me that if I bought it myself, I’d get a lifetime warranty instead of the standard 12-month warranty through them. That kind of honesty is rare. I picked up the part from O’Reilly and brought it back, and within an hour and a half, my vehicle was completely repaired. I absolutely did not expect to have my truck fixed within 2.5 hours of discovering the issue—especially late in the day. The entire team was friendly and professional, but two people really stood out: Theresa and Jarryka (Jerrica). Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. You just don’t see this level of honesty, speed, and customer care very often. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Yulee and will absolutely return for future service. Outstanding experience.

  Jarryka runs a tight ship at this location. The team here is always helpful and goes above and beyond to not only get me the best deals, but to educate me on what’s going on with my car. Learned a lot about cars here and everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend their service if you’re in the Yulee area

  Warning do not go here. Had first appointment time at 8am and when I get there they had no idea. Didn’t have my name or anything. But they took me anyway. Needed 4 tires mounted and balanced and an alignment. Waited for 2 and half hours before they called me up. When I got to the counter, they said oops the tech didn’t see the alignment on the ticket. Also, apparently, the tech put the directional tires on the wrong way. Supposedly, this was why the tire install took 2.5 hours. In all this took over 3.5 hours. The charge for this was nearly $350 which is absurd. My wheels have scratches on them. I have used them 4 times before and I will never go back.
