- SSScottOct 2, 20252.0They did good work for me a few times in the past (diagnosis and repair), but it just seems like they've changed how they are doing business. I came in for a rotate and balance (had purchased the lifetime balance), and they tried to sell me new CV axles claiming they were leaking/cracked which I declined. A couple of weeks later I had some time to more thoroughly check my CVs, and I discovered that they had used the impact wrench to tighten the lug nuts on all my wheels to some insane torque level. The breaker bar I have even with a hammer was of little help, so I needed to use a 6' pipe as an extension to free them. One of the stem bolts snapped and another had enough thread damage that it needed replacing as well. My OEM alloy rims were purchased a couple years ago new from Toyota, and I had replaced my from rotors with OEM Toyota ones in recent months, so it was more of a concern than just popping out some stem bolts. Also, I couldn't find any damage on the CVs boots. I think it has been 5-10,000 miles since then without issue. Also, after they did the rotate and balance, the tires were still vibrating until I had work done at a different shop and had them do a rotate and balance. So there's that as well.

- DHDoug HunterJul 12, 20253.0Called to get a price on an alignment and was told $99. They took the vehicle in, checked it and said it did need some adjustment and showed me the print out. I said "ok", then they said the adjustment is $40 extra per wheel. I agreed because I wanted it to be right. All said and done after "shop supply fee" and "some other fee" it was over $200. So if you choose to come here just know the $99 includes nothing but an alignment "check" which is not what they tell you in the phone.
