    Very friendly and educated personnel except a female employee that was yelling and being verbally abusive to the guys attending costumers. She was very unprofessional yelling at them in front of 4 customers. The guys were ashamed and they remained silent and very respectful. She should go to Anger Management camp.

    Make it make sense: Auto parts stores charge a $22 core charge for old car batteries when purchasing new ones, which is a refundable deposit, in order to encourage people to return old batteries for proper recycling. That’s the entire reason why you pay that fee. Why then would it matter what form of payment the money is returned to when you bring those batteries to the store to dispose of them? I had a receipt, but my husband paid for the batteries with his debit card from the same bank account. The store refused to give me the deposit back, forcing me to leave with the batteries and return with my husband’s debit card at a later date. At the time that I was returning them, I saw the screen prompt the cashier to override and give a cash refund, but she said that they are not allowed to do that. All that aside, when I arrived, the store had just opened and three associates were present. I asked for assistance, and the one employee did bring me a cart which I then lifted both batteries onto the cart and pulled the cart in myself. Whatever. Then when she refused to process the deposit back to me she basically just stared at me for minutes. She wasn’t rude, just unhelpful. I also had a concern that the start stop alert on my dash hadn’t disappeared, but they couldn’t help me with that either. When I decided that I obviously wasn’t going to be helped, she continued to stare at me and I had to open the door myself pull the cart out and unload the batteries myself. I am no princess, but I am surprised at the lack of courtesy from a profession that I generally perceive to be full of hardworking and courteous individuals. My husband will have to return these for the deposit back and I will not return again.

    Ive been to many auto parts stores in the past and genuinely this place is awesome. Every time I've been in the employees were polite and incredibly helpful they don't treat you like your stupid and are happy to walk you through it if you don't know how. Went back in January literally the first of the new year and i needed sparks and coils and Shauna was a huge help! Got me squared away with all i needed, and got my car running right again. And she was in again today with helping me get some bulbs. Super happy with the customer service this store location provides. Can’t say that about everywhere. As long as i live in the Yulee area i will come back to this location.
