  Needed tire repair due to roadside problems on a weekend. Worked us in and when the damage couldn’t be repaired, located tires for us and got us back on the road within a couple of hours. Great service.

  I went to Tuffy to Work on what I thought was an oil leak. It was pointed out, it was actually an issue with the transmission which they We're able to repair and it was not too expensive. They also changed a light bulb in my taillight, that was out at no charge. I've started using them as my go to repair place. I recommend this shop on red bug leak road.

  Had my top end rebuilt and although the job was done, it was done poorly. Days after I had a coolant leak, I didn't trust shop enough to take it back so I found them myself. A total of 3 coolant leaks. Had to take off the intake manifold to fix one and found out that not only did whoever worked on my truck strip the threading on one of the reman heads where the bolt holds the intake manifold onto the head, but they also didn't install the MDS solenoid delete plugs. I guess they just threw those out...I payed about 8k and still had to put in about another 10 hours of work and ~$300 in parts, that include hoses, coolant, and still have to source new plugs.

  Ralph Ramos,Very Professional, friendly,helpful, he evaluated My problem and made me feel comfortable that they couldn't check it out and even suggested thier breakfast in the area incase I had no breakfast ,lunch when It was a busy morning for Me while they check My car out, he called me to let me no what the problem was and took care of it the car was ready and he was fair , honest about the work ECT. I use to come to Tuffy Winter Springs in the past always great work ECT, moved away know I've moved back closer know will take the extra drive to come to this shop. Thanks for everything. 🙏🏼👍🏼🙂💯
