  I am a widow and have been taking my car , to Tuffy for eight years to care for my car. Customer service has been impeccable!!! Being a woman and alone, many places will rip you off financially, thinking you are old and stupid, but I would encourage anyone , be rest assured this won't happen to you here!! They have excellent Mecanucs , as well. This location is , always aim to please! . You become like family!.

  From out of town and needed a pair of tires on the double. As agreed, within about 4 hours they received the tires and got me in and out of there for a very reasonable price, exactly what they quoted! Very happy with the quick turnaround as we were due to meet family that night! Worked out perfectly and we could not be happier with the product, Continentals I think.?.?. Friendly too! And you can walk to Gators for lunch if need be!!!

  I came out Friday for a nail in my daughter’s tire. Ralph was fantastic and the team was able to repair it quickly! Ralph was so pleasant to talk with while I waited and definitely gained a long time customer in me! I will be bringing her car back soon for its next full service!! Thank you!

  I was in need of tires and I am NOT local. I called Friday A.M. and made it clear that I needed tires before I headed back north Monday…. They got me set up and out of there before end of business the same day. My hat is off to ALL of the staff but especially Ralph. He was exceptional

  Both Logan and Samantha really kept my sanity when I visited tuffy coming from a dealer that was about to charge me close to $4,000. Logan worked with me to price things out even before walking through the door and I saved over $1,000. But in top of everything Logan and Samantha both offered compassion and worked to make me comfortable and advised every step of the way. Felt like they were friends looking after me. Cars doing great and I'll never forget this positive experience in every way.
