  Took my truck into Tuffy‘s for a couple of things that needed to be taken care of and I knew it was gonna be long, but I must say the manager TJ kept me informed at all time. With phone calls and texting, letting me know what was going on and the options available. Appreciate their work humanity nice place to go for auto needs.

  My appointment yesterday afternoon at 2:30 PM was a wonderful experience at Tuffy Winter Springs. Both Noah and Sam provided excellent service, explaining my truck's problem to me. They quickly provided a solution, and I left very happy with my issue resolved. Noah and Sam are very professional in their work. Thank you very much.

  In the end my car was fixed but it took them 9 work days to do so, I got a call 40 minutes after I dropped it off saying they'd need to keep it overnight but after that not a single update not even when it was done despite being promised that over the phone when I called. They also lied to me about the price of an electrical diagnosis as being 80 dollars when it was really 130, like come on man I had that in writing you emailed it to me

  The Tuffys team came through🙌🏾!! Tuffys auto service was recommended to me by a co worker. In need of a mechanic, I made a visit to this location. I am so grateful that I did. Ralph is my go to!! He was honest straight forward with me and did not throw any oakie doke my way. I needed a major repair of a new transmission alternator new battery and a few other minor issues. Ralph gave me the bottom line and facilitated the interactions with my warranty company. He navigated me through a very stressful process. He and the Tuffys team got my vehicle back up and running. I am so grateful for the customer service and smooth interactions. Tuffys Auto is where I will bring my vehicle for all my vehicles service and repairs. Thank you guys!!

  I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit to Tuffy Tire & Auto Service! I pulled in around 4:15 p.m.—cutting it pretty close since they close at 5—but Bill M. greeted me with a smile and an incredible “we’ll get you taken care of” attitude. Even though it was late in the day, he and the team worked quickly and efficiently, getting me out the door in what felt like record time! The service was absolutely impeccable—professional, friendly, and above all, honest. Bill kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping customers, not just getting the job done fast. The shop itself was spotless, and the lobby was welcoming and comfortable. I even got to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while waiting—such a nice touch! It’s rare these days to find service that’s both fast and friendly, but Bill M. and the Tuffy team nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to all my friends and family. Huge thanks to Bill for going above and beyond—you made what could have been a stressful end to my day an absolute breeze!
