  When it rains it pours! Earlier in the week my wife was rear ended (kid on cell phone - sheesh), so we were one car down. Come Saturday morning, air pressure in one of the tires in the second and only car, dropping fast. All this occurring on a weekend with lots of family stuff going on. I called around, knowing most places will be busy but I needed a quick assessment to what was wrong and then apply the fix. I called and talked with Joey. He was extremely professional and courteous. He calmly explained that I could bring my car in right away and they would assess, and see what was wrong. I made it to Tire Kingdom quickly. Joey was on the phone, but he attended to me immediately as soon as he was done. He checked the pressure in each tire ... yup one was low. Raised the car ... a nail was found in a part of the tire where it could not be patched. He acknowledged right away that did not have any Michelin Tires, but he had a Bridgestone that would match. Ok, that is fine. Within 35 minutes my tire was replaced, I was on my way and weekend saved. I know every situation cannot be as fortuitous as this one. There will be times when the shop is extremely busy, and the crews are probably playing catch up ... but I will take it for today. Thank you Joey and everybody else at Tire Kingdom.

  Holland was great - I came in late in the day with on a Friday not knowing what was wrong with my vehicle. He was able to identify the nail in my tire and get it fixed in no time.

  I had an excellent experience at the tire service! Holland was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. The service was fast, efficient, and handled with great care. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service!

  I was at the 1481 Tuskawilla Rd Tire Kingdom facility yesterday as one of my tires had been punctured by a nail. The extremely skilled Juan discovered that there was a second, much smaller puncture which regrettably, due to its position, resulted in me having to buy another tire. This was arranged by Nick as they did not have that particular size in stock. It was delivered to their location in just a couple of hours while I went about my business with the spare tire. The new tire was fitted in no time at all and, I must say, the entire customer experience was first class including my interaction with Holland in the main office. Nick went over and beyond in explaining the protocol for repairing tires and comparing tire repair practices in different countries which was like an enjoyable TedTalk-type master class! He also provided invaluable advice in buying a compact trolley jack… after I struggled to change a tire in the wee hours of yesterday for the first time in over 40 years, it’s going to be the easy way from now on! Thanks to the guys at Tire Kingdom… you are appreciated and highly recommended!

  10/10 recommend! I’ve had two experiences with them and by far they have been the most trustworthy and most affordable place to go. Originally they saved my husband a few hundred bucks, we were told by another store we needed a new tire and wouldn’t be able to get his vehicle right away since they didn’t have the tire in stock, so we called tire kingdom and not only did we get our car fixed same day in just a couple of hours or less, they just had to patch the tire up and it was $30!! Car has been running smoothly since and no issues have arise since. Now with my car, it was a couple of random issues but mainly the spark plug issues, not only were they super informative (as a female who knows nothing about cars) but they helped me understand what the issue was and they also fixed my car in a couple of hours. Something I thought would be very expensive turned out to be affordable considering what they needed to fix. I will most definitely continue to keep coming back here!!
