  Total rip off. Made an appointment to see a car and after driving for over a hour got there and the car we wanted to drive was not there. They added on the sticker price $2500 had another $900 dealer charge and even though the interest rate was advertised around 2 1/2 % they told me it was 7%. Offered $25,000 for my Lexus trade in I went to Lexus of Wesley Chapel and saved over $5,000 on the exact same car. Plus free oil changes for ever and they will pick up and deliver the car back to my home in The Villages.

  I have tried 7 times to contact the service department about my vehicle they aee servicing to no avail. This is day 3. No one will pick up, return my calls or messages. I am left to wait for a phone call and cancel appointments for fear I will not be available for the delivery of my vehicle. Very poor business practice. I would not recomnend them in the future.

  If you are looking for a new car, I highly suggest asking for Teddy Chan! I have purchased a number of cars through him and I have never met someone who treats you like a VIP more than him. Always does what he says he will do, always responds asap and makes you feel like your needs are the only thing that matters. He is not common at all and continues to make Lexus shine as the brand I want to purchase from because he creates such a wonderful experience! Also, on this past purchase, the Sales Manager, Allah, was a pleasure to work with!

  Jeff Taylor was so great to work with on my purchase. It was a super random moment of stopping by to merely test drive and ended up leaving with my dream car. Jeff, thank you for being so nice and helpful during this process. And both Lola and Quentin were super easy to work with on the financial side. Couldn’t have been any happier.
