  I have been to multiple BMW locations across the state of FL and NJ and have to say this location is my absolute favorite! Every time I have had to get my car serviced whether it was for an oil change or new set of tires I have had the absolute best experience! I have worked with Wes who is always very sweet and helpful! I also recently worked with Caroline and Scott who really went above and beyond to help me with a unique problem I had with one of the tires of my car! I felt very taken care of and truly had one of the best customer service experiences! They were extremely knowledgeable on the car and very friendly and hospitable! Can’t rave about this place enough but I won’t ever leave the BMW brand after encountering so many friendly faces at this dealership! Keep being awesome!!!

  I came in for an appointment on 4/21/2026 for brakes and rotars after telling me they didn’t have the parts for the basic service I scheduled in advance. I then recieved my car back to see the dash cam unplugged and money missing from my car. I then went to address this with management they joked and nothing was done about it. So management is also complicit in theft at this location. No integrity, respect or accountability at fields bmw winter park. It will be my last time doing business with them. But if you like to be stolen from this is your place. What appears to be a luxury car dealer is more like a car max.

  I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW from Fields BMW Winter Park about six months ago—an almost $40,000 vehicle that I trusted had passed BMW’s inspection standards. During a recent service visit, I was shown a technician video revealing aftermarket modifications in the engine bay, including loose wiring with exposed copper, which I was told could be a serious safety hazard. To be clear: I have never modified this vehicle and have never even opened the hood. My appointment was at 1:30 PM. I didn’t leave until nearly 6:30 PM. After hours of waiting, a sales manager finally spoke with me and initially dismissed responsibility, even suggesting I may have caused the issue. Only after going back and forth—and after the previous owner was contacted multiple times—did the truth come out: the aftermarket parts were installed prior to my ownership. This raises a major concern: How does a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle pass inspection with unsafe wiring in the engine bay? Even after confirming this, the resolution was underwhelming. I was told the parts would be removed and the car would be ready the next day—but no compensation was offered, not even for the oil change completed during this visit, despite the dealership being clearly at fault. On top of that: 1. No loaner vehicle was available. 2. I waited over 30 minutes for an Uber. 3. I was left without a proper solution until closing time. The only bright spot was Service Advisor Kerry Smith, who stepped in and helped secure a rental vehicle when I was clearly overwhelmed. This situation should have never happened, and the way it was handled was just as disappointing. Selling a CPO vehicle with unsafe aftermarket modifications—and then failing to take accountability without pressure—is unacceptable. I expected far more from a BMW dealership. At minimum, this situation warrants a serious internal review and proper customer resolution. Update after dealership response: After leaving this review, the dealership responded asking me to reach out directly. However, I find it concerning that the responsibility is being placed on me to follow up when the issue is already clearly documented. The vehicle was sold to me without disclosure of aftermarket modifications, which were later confirmed during service. Additionally, the repair took longer than promised, and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience or the completed oil change. I’m still open to a resolution, but I believe accountability should be taken proactively rather than shifting the burden onto the customer.

  This is the second time I have had problems with this service center. The first time was becasue they were not going to provide me a loner car, even though I booked one well in advance and was told I would have one. I had to fight for them to provide one to me. This time, I simply wanted to know exactly how much it was going to cost me to get an oil change. The service rep couldn't give me an exact number, only an estimate. I understand there are certain services that only and estimate can be provided, due to the uncertainty of what exactly will be involved.....BUT AN OIL CHANGE!?!?!?! They must do 1000's of oil changes a year and the representative couldn't tell me exactly what I would be paying when I check out?!?!?! This service center is run like a circus...I guess when you deal with clowns, you should expect a circus. The first mistake, shame on them...the second mistake, shame on me for going back. This will be my last visit with this service center. 10/10 I would NOT recommend.

If you find a better price within 30 days, we'll match it. Details Before or After You Buy: Bring in a printed quote for the tire you'd like to purchase, and we'll match it. Bring in a printed quote for the tire you've already purchased, and we'll refund you the difference. See a dealer tire specialist for details and exclusions. I phoned today (4/7/2026) as I received a quote for four (4) new tires that was significantly less than Fields. Was advised by Fields that they "will only match other BMW service centers." It doesn't state on their web site that this offer is only for other BMW service centers, but I was advised by Fields that they understand my "confusion" and will be sure to advise their advertising team regarding my feedback & comments. No confusion on my part - just a lack of honesty by Fields.
