I went to the Winter Park location. Everyone was so helpful and courteous, from the phone call confirming that I will be renting to the rental process. Robbie, the manager was so helpful in helping me pick a car. I did end up bringing the vehicle back as it was too large. They found one for me that would fit my needs without any hassles. Brandon explained the car to me, topped the gas off and was so kind and pleasant. He made my experience great under the circumstances. Would definitely recommend this Enterprise!!

The office was busy when we went to pick the car up, however the employees were efficient and friendly. India is the one who delivered the car for us (a Cadillac XT4!) she was very nice and friendly, with a big smile on her face. We dropped the car back the next day, Marilyn was on the desk, she was also super friendly and helpful, heard her answer the phone couple of times and she was incredibly professional and friendly over the phone. Took only couple of minutes to drop the car and we were impressed with the experience. Second time that I use Enterprise and both times it has been a wonderful, friendly experience. Whatever you are doing to hire and train your employees is working!!
