As a young girl who honestly knows nothing about cars I’m always dreading getting my oil changed because I’m always scared that I’ll be taken advantage of and scammed or something but I didn’t feel that at all with them, they explained everything to me and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, explained the stuff I did need and why I needed it so I could make the desicision myself w oil change place will be back for my next oil change

The staff was very personable, especially Chris, who explained everything they were doing step by step. The price for a full synthetic oil change was a little high but the website had a coupon that brought it down to a reasonable price. They made a few add on suggestions for my mileage but didn't pressure, or belabor the point when I declined. Overall great experience, I will definitely be back for the convenience alone and likely take them up on their suggested add ons at that time.
