  I’ve been a long-term customer of Tire Kingdom and I’m particularly happy with the Lee Rd location. They have a manager there named Genna who is very smart and helpful. It gives me a good level of trust that Tire Kingdom looking out for the customers. Thanks for the excellent service!

  Wow! Dustin is absolutely amazing! Terrific guy! Being a girl if you get scared to go into these types of places for services because often people try to sell you own services because you don’t fully know what’s going on, but that wasn’t the case with Tire kingdom and especially Dustin! What amazing service and true honesty. He made sure that everything was explained properly and gave me discounts on top of not trying to sell me on things that he could’ve when there’s nothing wrong well answering my questions. I’m definitely gonna continue to going to Tire kingdom to get any of my car services done!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. They told me my tire could not be repaired and insisted that I needed to buy a brand-new tire. It felt like they were trying to push an unnecessary sale instead of offering an honest assessment. I decided to get a second opinion at another shop, and they repaired the tire without any issue — for half the price. Clearly, the tire was fixable. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any expensive replacements here. Transparency and honesty matter, and unfortunately, I did not experience that at this place
