  Came in with a flat the people were very friendly and worked very quickly to fix my tire . I was headed home in no time at all. I will definitely return for my oil change and new tires when it's time!

  The low level of service I received today was well beyond under par. I've had three tires replaced at this location in the last year. This time I come in for the fourth tire. And it is $70 more than the other three. I agree I have the tire done and an oil change while I'm here. I am called twice to try to upsell me. To an additional tire and a break job. Both of which I declined. Mostly because I was charged $270 for a tire and an oil change. After I left within 30 minutes I got a low pressure oil light and a traction control light. I called immediately I returned to the location. I'm cold outside to be told none of my lights are on. I told him that it happened when the car got hot and I was idling. They put it on the rack and told me there were no leaks the oil was correct and everything is fine. Then told me that the traction control light had absolutely nothing to do with them. Which is incorrect. When I said none of these lights were on when I dropped it off this morning. I was told sometimes things break. Not only is that an unacceptable answer but it's completely incorrect. When I bring you a car that was in fine condition but needed a tire and an oil change. And then both of those things are affected afterwards. Yes it very much has something to do with what you did. You especially don't attempt to gaslight people into thinking nothing is wrong. Or that I'm dumb enough to not know that the traction control module is attached to the speed sensor on each individual tire of my car. So now I've been sitting here for 20 extra minutes waiting for you to fix the car that you tell me has nothing wrong with it. I will not be returning to this location again if this is how you're going to treat your customers. Another hour of my day wasted after I had brought it in for an appointment. And your service manager gas lit me the entire time. Telling me there were no lights on. They couldn't find any codes. There are absolutely no leaks. And I told him directly that that he has been gaslighting me since I walked in.

  Absolute best place to go to for any repairs to your vehicle! Front desk guys are super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Carriel went above and beyond. I was there for no more than 30 mins, everyone is extremely considerate and consistent. They made sure I knew of any underlining issues and when to make those changes for a reasonable price and you already know as a woman/young person in general other places would go above and beyond to rip you off. I appreciate the honesty and respect from these guys! I will absolutely come again! And so should you

  10/5 stars if I could, these people were wonderful. Called and spoke to George on the 20th, despite being fully booked he fit me in and got my tire replaced. Despite quoting an estimated time of 90min on a fully booked day, it took 37min. The entire time George was pleasant, wasn’t condescending, didn’t try to push unnecessary purchases, was genuinely refreshing to have an honest tire shop. I will be exclusively taking my car here from now on. Will also mention this shop was cheaper then anywhere else in my area.
