They didn’t have them in stock, so they just printed a part number for me to check at other stores. That’s fine. I followed their instructions, got the seals, tore the CV axle out… and guess what? The seals were completely wrong. You had ONE JOB—one simple job—and you managed to screw it up. I had to call dozens of stores before finally finding that the dealership on I-4 had the correct part in stock. I had to drive all the way there just to pick them up. And the part number? Completely different—not even close to what was initially provided. Incompetent from the very beginning. Do I really have to double-check every single time someone “does their job”? Is this really how things work now? Give me a break! Unbelievable incompetence. This isn’t just sloppy—it’s infuriating. Do these people even know what they’re doing? Facepalm doesn’t even cover it. If you’re brave enough to go to this store, double-check everything afterward—and thank me later.
