  I would like to thank an amazing team at Lexus of Winter Park for helping me with my purchase. I was met at the door and welcomed by the sales manager Chanlin Sok, well Informed by the product specialist Shawn Besharat, and the finance manager, Brandy Torres was so detailed and patient with the finance process.   I would like to give a big shout out to Lexus of Winter Park. Tetiana, Lorraine & Jacob were amazing to work with on the purchase of my new vehicle. From start to finish, they were very attentive, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. These three employees are a great asset to this company. When I reached out to Lorraine & Jacob asking certain questions, they would respond back to me within minutes. Tetianna did a fantastic job with the demonstration of all the bells and whistles on this car. I love my 2026 RX 350 Premium. Thanks Faye Lewis

  My experience at Lexus of Winter Park. My sister always buys her cars 🚗 at Lexus of Winter park i never own a Lexus this is my first time buying a Lexus My journey begins with Leo. He came out greeted us with respect Leo i can not express in words how comfortable you make me feel my mom always say treat people the way you want to be treated and you did that and more ✨️ your politeness will take you very far.the way you had patience with me and encouraged us Thank you 😊 Than we was introduced to Fred he went above and beyond to get us the right price for our trading 💖 work the numbers to make it easier for us. Jay was training with Leo but he was very professional and understanding Jay you will do an awesome job your kindness is the best 👌. Quentin you are the best manager 💙 the way you take your time and explain everything on the financing was awesome I love your professionalism. Overall I had one of the best service at Lexus of Winter park there team work is above and beyond my expectations the treat you with so much respect and have so much patience with you.   My wife and I searched 4 Lexus dealerships in 3 different states for the vehicle with the specific options and colors that we wanted and finally found it at Lexus of Winter Park. We rented a vehicle and drove 5.5 hours just to test drive the TX 500h. Needless to say, we returned the rental and drove back home in Lexus luxury! We worked with Angelina, Sunny, and Quentin throughout the process and were treated like royalty. Angelina and Sunny were both very familiar with the vehicle and extremely knowledgeable about all of the built-in technology. They provided great customer care and we never felt pressured to purchase. We will definitely call on this dealership again when we need another vehicle. Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience and for providing my wife with a "December to Remember"!

  I want to give a shout out to Lexus of Winter Park and their team. Recently leased my wife's 7th RX Suv. Jason the sales manager worked with me without games over text and phone and never felt pressured. He focused on what was important to my wife's desires. Never set foot in the dealership until we were ready to for my wife to see the actual vehicle she wanted in the color she wanted and the options she desired. Shawn the product specialist and Jason met us and then Shawn spent the next half hour with my wife in the car taking her through every detail of operating the car. I stayed out of the way while Shawn sat with her in the vehicle and let him do what he does best. I sat with Jason in the office and spent time talking about family and travel. Not once did he ask if we were going to sign off on the vehicle and waited for her to decide. She loved the education that Shawn provided and only after that she came back to Jason to complete the process. While the vehicle was being detailed Jason worked on the final paper work and took to the business office. Gabe the business manager worked on the license transfer and we were done in less than hour. Gabe was patient and explained every document and answered every question. No games, No last minute changes in down payment or monthly payment. No hard sell on extended warranties or additional options. Fully explained what was available and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The detail team had the car waiting in receiving area with a large red bow on top and her name on the marquee and then Shawn helped my wife transfer her phone over and again helped her set up all of her Lexus accounts. He made sure she was comfortable with all of the operating features and never rushed her through the process. Cannot say enough about how painless the process was. No hours and hours of haggling and repeat visits to the dealership. She loves her new RX Suv and Jason, Shawn and Gabe made her feel like an individual and focused on what was important to her. Through all of her past vehicles there have been no major issues and the Lexus vehicles have been flawless.
