  Lexus of Winter Park truly made car buying enjoyable—which is not something I say lightly. We were able to get exactly what we needed over the phone, making the entire process seamless and efficient. Lola, Quentin, and Dwayne were absolutely AWESOME. Lola had everything perfectly prepared for us right at 9am, allowing us to drive in and get back to Tampa without wasting any time. Quentin walked us through the different add-ons thoroughly and made sure we fully understood all our options without any pressure. Dwayne took the time to sit with us in the car and set everything up, ensuring we didn’t miss a single bell or whistle. The level of professionalism, organization, and genuine care from this team was outstanding. I would 100% drive another two hours to work with Lexus of Winter Park—and this team—again in the future.

  Skip the Orlando location and go to Winter Park! From the moment I walked in, Allan listened to what I wanted and had me test-driving my new car within five minutes. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and personable. He made our experience very pleasant. David (sales manager) was transparent and respectful of my budget, and Quentin in finance made paperwork quick and clear. What started as a frustrating day turned into an easy, enjoyable purchase—I drove home in my new Lexus that night. Highly recommend Lexus of Winter Park and this team. So glad to be a part of the Lexus family!

  Extremely enjoyable experience at Lexus in the purchase of our new 2025 ES350 Lexus. The team is knowledgeable and made us feel valued and special. Anthony, the product specialist, is very well-versed in all of the features of the car and gave us a great tour of the whole Lexus operation. David, the sales manager, is personable and gave us an equitable trade. He is professional and amicable. Quentin, the Finance Manager, provided clear and succinct explanations for all of the documentation and additional offers. Alex Falcon answered our questions and is responsive and communicative. In total, this organization sets the standard for excellence in customer care. The team’s focus and obsession is customer satisfaction and it shows.

  What a great experience we had at Lexus of Winter Park. From the moment we stepped inside the reception we were greeted by Candy Wu With a huge smile and great customer service skills. After have a short ride we were ready to buy, then we met Lola Suarez and what a delight of a sales associate she was. We felt so well taken care of and everything was clear and honest. The final step was signing and financing, it went very smooth from an usual tedious process. Brandy Torres was so friendly and through explaining everything and nothing felt pressured or forced. Overall we are so thankful and grateful for making our experience a dream come true. Thank you for being so kind and respectful during the entire process. We miss you guys already!
