Total rip off. Made an appointment to see a car and after driving for over a hour got there and the car we wanted to drive was not there. They added on the sticker price $2500 had another $900 dealer charge and even though the interest rate was advertised around 2 1/2 % they told me it was 7%. Offered $25,000 for my Lexus trade in I went to Lexus of Wesley Chapel and saved over $5,000 on the exact same car. Plus free oil changes for ever and they will pick up and deliver the car back to my home in The Villages.

I have tried 7 times to contact the service department about my vehicle they aee servicing to no avail.
This is day 3.
No one will pick up, return my calls or messages. I am left to wait for a phone call and cancel appointments for fear I will not be available for the delivery of my vehicle.
Very poor business practice. I would not recomnend them in the future.

If you are looking for a new car, I highly suggest asking for Teddy Chan! I have purchased a number of cars through him and I have never met someone who treats you like a VIP more than him. Always does what he says he will do, always responds asap and makes you feel like your needs are the only thing that matters. He is not common at all and continues to make Lexus shine as the brand I want to purchase from because he creates such a wonderful experience! Also, on this past purchase, the Sales Manager, Allah, was a pleasure to work with!
Awesome experience. I wasn't looking for anything new or expensive, just a good used car with the Lexus dependability. However, the dealership treats you like gold either way, from the moment you enter the building. Beginning with the Sales contact, Jeff Taylor. He was exceptional, very down to earth and easy going, and of course Brandy in finance. I normally come prepared with per-approved financing, but in this situation I came empty handed. Brandy quickly found a good rate/term for me and was very pleasant throughout the financing process, cant say enough good things about her:) Thank you guys for everything, loving the car for sure!!

Gray customer service . Leo , Fred, Quinten were amazing. Easy process. I love there was no.... pressure. Leo went over every detail with my wife and mom with my 2 year old running all over the place.
Loved the financial process was included a tablet and the knowledge Quinten was.
Fred was on the floor with my kid while still getting us the best interest rate and deal.
I saw one issue with car and they had service team fix in 10 minutes. I also had to stop process and needed to come back on Monday. They held vehicle for us and was no pressure to sign that day.
They all worked together and made this experience fantastic. I normally do not fill these out but had to do it because the were excellent.
